Market Garden Course for Refugee and Migrant Women

If you are a migrant or refugee women living in Auckland there is a social enterprise set up in Morningside to teach you gardening and business skills. It is a free 3 month part time course that will teach you how to grow produce in a New Zealand environment. You will learn how to cultivate crops to sell at market or share with friends and family. New course starts September 16th 2019.

Participants need:

  • To commit to 12-16 hours per week (or can share this time with other friends)
  • Basic English language skills
  • Reliable transport to get to Morningside
