NZAF will be hosting a 4 week mindfulness and meditation course.
The focus of the programme will be to bring us back to the belief that we have ultimate control over our lives, through how we use our mind and the choices that we make. As always in these sessions, this will be underpinned by the recognition that the present moment offers us a unique opportunity to experience peace and contentment.
In each session there will be guided meditations, a presentation and conversations about how we can apply what we have learned.
There will be yummy food provided and a warm welcome back to all of you who can make it.

Begins Thursday 29th October and runs each Thursday until 19th November (4 weeks)
